Jon Cvack was born and raised in the southwest suburbs of Chicago. He studied Philosophy and Film & Media studies at Loyola University Chicago. His work has been featured in the Austin, Beverly Hills, San Diego, Lone Star, and Zoetrope Film Festivals, and has created content for such clients as AT&T, Motor Trend, Twitter, and Disney. His first feature film "Road to the Well" which he wrote, produced, and directed won "Best of Fest" at Long Beach Indie Film Festival, "Best Supporting Actor" (Micah Parker) at Orlando Film Festival, and has been distributed through Screen Media Ventures to positive reviews. It's now streaming on Roku, AppleTV+, and PopcornFlix. He produced and directed Snapchat's first narrative series "Solve" which gained over 170 million views across his first 60 episodes. Recently, he wrapped up producing The Friendship Onion podcast through Kast Media Network, nominated for both an Ambie and People's Choice Award for Best Comedy Podcast. He's currently a freelance producer/director. Part-time, he's also working on his Master's Degree in Philosophy at CSU-LA, exploring the intersection between analytic philosophy and cinema.
